We offer around the clock care, with Social Care Workers on duty day and night to respond promptly to any needs. Rooms are fitted with call-bell or emergency systems to provide reassurance and immediate assistance if required, and night Social Care Workers remain present to support residents during sleeping hours.

Health care support is a central part of the service. Social Care Workers are trained to administer or prompt prescribed medication and to monitor residents’ general health, such as checking weight and vital signs. At Marbryn we work closely with local healthcare professionals, arranging visits from GPs, community nurses, physiotherapists, and occupational therapists. For Individuals with chronic conditions, the care team helps manage ongoing health requirements to promote stability and comfort.

We include dementia care, with a structured environment, memory prompts, and trained Social Care Workers who understand the specific challenges of the condition. End-of-life or palliative care is o available to ensure dignity, comfort, and pain management, with emotional support offered to both Individuals and their families.

To support Individuals’ wellbeing, a variety of social and recreational activities are arranged at Marbryn. Such as  games, crafts, group outings, and entertainment to encourage social interaction and reduce isolation. Spiritual needs are respected, with visiting clergy or faith leaders available if required. We have access to the garden, and help individuals maintain community connections through visits from family, friends, and local groups.

In addition to permanent residency, we also offer respite or short-term stays. These temporary placements provide relief for family carers or can support recovery following a hospital stay. Depending on the resources of the individual home, additional services are also be available, such as access to allied health professionals like physiotherapists, occupational therapists, or speech therapists. Care plans are personalised and regularly reviewed to reflect changing needs.
